Recubrimiento en polvo que se obtiene combinando resinas epoxi con resinas poliester. Se fabrica cualquier color de la carta RAL y colores especiales sobre pedidos aceptados. Presenta una buena resistencia química y mejora la resistencia a los rayos U.V. frente al epoxi pero no se puede usar como recubrimiento para exteriores. Se pueden conseguir diferentes acabados tanto lisos con perfecta extensión desde el mate sedoso, hasta el alto brillo; así como acabados estructurales como texturados y gofrados e incluso transparentes. En función de la formulación se obtienen esmaltes con una buena reactividad, excelente nivelación, muy buenas propiedades físico mecánicas y mejor resistencia a la temperatura que los esmaltes epoxi. Powder coating obtained combining epoxy resins with polyester resins. We make any colour of the RAL chart and special orders on accepted requests. It offers a good chemical resistence and betters the resistence to the UV rays, compared with the epoxy paint, but it cannot be used as coating for exterior. Diferent finishes can be obtained from plain ones, which are easy to use, from the silky matt to the very gloss; as well as structural finishes as textured and rippled and even transparent. According to the formula it can be obtained powder coatings with a good reactivity, an excellent surfacing, very good physical and mechanical properties and a better resistence to the temperature than the epoxy coatings. Revêtement en poudre obtenu en combinant des résines époxydes et des résines polyesters. On fabrique toutes les couleurs de la carte RAL ainsi que des couleurs spéciales sur commande. Il est caractérisé par une bonne résistance chimique et ne peut pas être utilisé à l’extérieur comme le revêtement époxy, cependant il est résistant aux rayons U.V. On peut obtenir différents achevés, des finitions lisses allant d’un mat soyeux jusqu’au haut brillant ; ainsi que des finitions structurelles, texturées, gaufrées et même transparentes. Selon la formule chimique, on obtient des émaux avec une bonne réactivité, un excellent nivellement, des bonnes propriétés physiques et mécaniques et une meilleure résistance aux différentes températures que les émaux époxydes. Il prodotto presenta una buona resistenza agli agenti chimici e ai raggi U.V. rispetto ad una polvere epossidica, peró non é indicato per un uso esterno.A seconda del tipo di formulazione si ottiene vernice con buona reattivitá, eccellente distensione, buone proprietá meccaniche e buona resistenza alla temperatura.
